November 3, 2011: Vietnam Industrial and Commercial College was established under the Decision
No. 1394 / QĐ - BLDTBXH signed by the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
November 1, 2012: The Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and the General Department of Vocational Training signed the Decision No. 561 / QĐ - GDVT, approving the Charter of the College of Industry and Trade of Vietnam.

May 07, 2014: Merger Center for Admissions and Corporate Training under the Training Office under the Decision No. 83 / QĐ - CNĐTVTVN by the President of Viet Nam Nami College of Industry and Trade.
November 18, 2014: The school cooperates with the Yeoju Institute of Technology in Korea to cut the ribbon and inaugurate the Korean Language Center (Department of Foreign Languages).
